Compassionate Support for New and Expecting Mothers
Are You Making Space for Your Own Well-Being, Too?
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy (DMFT), I know how important it is to feel supported during life's biggest transitions, especially when those changes affect your sense of self, your relationships, and your family.
I have specialized training in perinatal mental health and Gottman Bringing Baby Home, and I work with women, couples, and new parents as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. Through my work with new parents, I help couples prepare for the changes a baby brings, strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and learn ways to support one another as they adjust to their growing family.
As a mother myself, I understand that motherhood can bring so much love and joy while also feeling exhausting, emotional, and different from what you expected. You can love your baby deeply and still miss parts of yourself, feel uncertain, or struggle with the changes in your relationships. These feelings don't make you any less of a mother; they make you human.
My goal is to offer a warm, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I honor each family's unique story, culture, and experiences, and I will meet you where you are as we work together to help you feel more connected to yourself, your partner, and this new chapter of your life.
